At Transportation Resources, we are proud of the many services we offer, and of the drivers we hire. Occasionally, circumstances arise that must be dealt with, which Transportation Resources handles bearing the following guidelines.
Any claims that may arise from submission to ADA, DOL, EEO, FMLA, NLRB, STA or TSA by Transportation Resources employees will be handled by our staff. This would include any legal/attorney fees (when appropriate), in-house costs, etc.
*We qualify employees under strict TSA & STA requirements. As an organization that hires outsourced employees, you are protected from any action taken by these Federal Agencies with regard to our employees.
At Transportation Resources, we work hand-in-hand with your company to ensure your outsourced employee is appropriately trained. Working with your organization, we establish guidelines for the following:
As long as our driver is your outsourced employee, Transportation Resources will ensure annual requirements for that driver are met. This can include:
Transportation Resources will ensure that all outsourced employees are qualified in accordance with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We ensure that any outsourced employees provided by Transportation Resources to your company have been thoroughly vetted through an investigation that includes work history, criminal history, drug and alcohol screening (via established legal standards) and other investigative procedures before being submitted to your organization.
Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 (CSA 2010) was introduced by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). It’s aim is to improve safety for large trucks and buses with an end goal of reducing accidents.
